AABCOOLING Aluzinc AL 50S 400 ml is a quick-drying zinc-aluminium spray – an anti-corrosion coating based on a blend of zinc and aluminium, designed to protect and repair metal surfaces. It forms a uniform silver coating that protects metal parts against corrosion for a long time.

The high zinc and aluminium content creates a solid barrier against harmful weather conditions. Simply clean the surface, shake the can and spray. Your metal structures, fences, gutters or car parts stay protected for a long time, and you avoid costly repairs.

Applications

The zinc-aluminium spray is suitable for home, workshop and industrial use. Use it for:

• maintenance of car and machinery underbodies,
• protection and repair of damaged galvanised parts, e.g. gutters, fences and roofs,
• protecting welded, spot-welded and cut areas,
• touch-ups after hot-dip galvanising,
• protecting metal structures against corrosion,
• protecting air-conditioning and heating installations,
• maintenance of aluminium profiles,
• protecting areas exposed to the weather.

The coating withstands harsh weather and mechanical stress, which makes the spray suitable for both renovation and maintenance work.

How to use the zinc-aluminium spray

Before use, read the warnings on the packaging and the product's safety data sheet.

1. Thoroughly clean, degrease and sand the metal surface.
2. Shake the can for about 1 minute.
3. Spray from a distance of 25–30 cm, applying an even coat.
4. For best results, apply at an ambient temperature of 16–21°C.
5. The coating is touch-dry after 15–20 minutes and fully cured after 24 hours.
