How to return goods – in 3 steps

  1. Please inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The easiest way is the online return form (online withdrawal function). You can also send your statement via the contact form, by e-mail to helpdesk@aabcooling.com or by post to AAB Armanowski sp.j., ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń – for example, using the model form on this page.
  2. Please send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
    From Poland – free of charge via InPost Szybkie Zwroty (InPost fast returns): the return label is generated by the online return form, and we cover the cost.
    From outside Poland – to the returns address for your country (table in the information on the right of withdrawal below), yourself and at your own expense (defective goods – at our expense).
  3. We refund your money within 14 days of receiving your statement – using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AAB Armanowski sp.j., ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, tel. 43 843 33 03, e-mail: helpdesk@aabcooling.com, contact form) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form (available on this page), but it is not obligatory.

You can also submit the statement of withdrawal online – using the withdrawal function in our shop (online return form), available throughout the withdrawal period – or send the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail to helpdesk@aabcooling.com. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us at the returns address applicable to the country from which you are sending them back (table below), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

If you send the goods back from Poland via InPost Szybkie Zwroty (label from the online return form), we cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, including when sending the goods back from outside Poland, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods – unless the goods are defective.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

In accordance with Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer with regard to a contract:

  • for the provision of services for which the consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the trader has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of performance that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the trader had fully performed the contract, and acknowledged this;
  • in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur before the withdrawal period expires;
  • in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, made to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individualised needs;
  • in which the subject of performance is an item that is liable to deteriorate rapidly or has a short shelf life;
  • in which the subject of performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging which, once the packaging has been opened, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of performance are items which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
  • in which the subject of performance are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the sales contract, which can only be delivered after 30 days and the value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
  • in which the consumer expressly requested the trader to visit them in order to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance; if the trader additionally provides services other than those requested by the consumer, or supplies items other than spare parts necessary to carry out the repair or maintenance, the consumer has the right of withdrawal with regard to the additional services or items;
  • in which the subject of performance are sound or video recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
  • concluded by way of a public auction;
  • for the provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes, carriage of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sporting or cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period of performance of the service;
  • for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium for which the consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the trader has begun performance with the express and prior consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of performance that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the trader had performed, and acknowledged this, and the trader has provided the consumer with the confirmation referred to in Article 15(1) and (2) or Article 21(1);
  • for the provision of services for which the consumer is obliged to pay the price, where the consumer has expressly requested the trader to visit them in order to carry out a repair, and the service has already been fully performed with the express and prior consent of the consumer.
