Shipping within Germany
The cost depends on the delivery method you choose and the weight of the order. In the basket you only see the delivery methods available for the given weight.

Returns
- You have 30 days to return goods.
- From outside Poland: please send the goods back yourself and at your own expense to the returns address for the country from which you are sending them (table below). If the goods are defective, we cover the cost of return shipping.
- From Poland – free of charge: you send the parcel back via InPost Szybkie Zwroty (InPost fast returns), and the label is generated by the online return form. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Can I collect my order in person?
No. We sell by mail order only.
My country is not on the list. Will you ship the parcel?
No. We only ship to the countries listed in the table above; for example, we do not ship to Switzerland.
My order contains several products. How much does delivery cost?
We calculate the cost from the total weight of the order according to the table above. The basket shows the exact amount before you place the order.

Gross prices. Delivery costs are given in euros, for Poland in zlotys, for the United Kingdom in pounds sterling and for Hungary in forints. Shipments to the United Kingdom and Norway (non-EU countries) go through customs clearance, which may extend the delivery time.
When we ship your order
- Orders paid by 12:00 on working days are shipped the same day.
- We ship the order once the payment has been credited – all orders are paid in advance.
- We dispatch parcels on working days (Monday–Friday). The shipping time for a specific item is also shown on the product page.
- Once the parcel has been dispatched, we send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
Tracking your shipment
You can check the order status and the tracking number on the Order status page or in My orders (after logging in).
Receiving your parcel
Parcel damaged? Please check the shipment in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, it is advisable to draw up a damage report with the courier, take photos of the parcel and its contents, and then write to us. The report makes it easier to resolve the matter with the carrier, but it is not a condition for a complaint.
