You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also submit the statement of withdrawal online on our website www.aabcooling.de – using the withdrawal function (online return form), available throughout the withdrawal period – or via the contact form. Decisions to remove or not to publish content are taken by the Shop's staff individually for each item of content; the forms for adding reviews and questions are protected against spam by the Google reCAPTCHA tool. We inform the author of the removal or non-publication of content, together with a statement of reasons, if they have provided an e-mail address.
