Tarnished contacts, dirt and grease on cables, terminals and switches, dust, film or black deposits on fuses, switches or starters – AABCOOLING Contact Cleaner PRO removes this kind of contamination. It has an anti-corrosion effect: it protects the cleaned surface against oxidation and moisture deposits. It also prevents sulphides from forming on wires, contacts, plugs, switches and fuses. This reduces energy losses and improves electrical conductivity.

Contacts, connectors and battery terminals in your car

Your headlights suddenly become dim or stop working, even though the bulb is fine? The cause may be dirty and tarnished connector blocks, sockets or plugs – AABCOOLING Contact Cleaner PRO cleans the deposits off them. Especially before winter and in periods of high humidity it is worth checking your car's electrical system. You can do many of these checks yourself, without a trip to the mechanic.

Engine struggling to start again after a rainy night? Clean deposits and corrosion off the spark plugs and battery terminals. This improves conductivity between the ignition coil and the spark plug and at the battery terminal connections.

MAF sensor and car electronics

Poor engine performance can be caused by a dirty MAF sensor in the air flow meter. If it is only lightly contaminated, you can clean it with AABCOOLING Contact Cleaner PRO without fear of damage.

It also handles dust that compressed air can no longer remove – in equipment you use at home, in the workshop and at work. You can use it to clean diodes, magnetic heads, wires, contact breakers and spark plugs.

How to use the contact cleaner spray

1. Disconnect the part to be cleaned from the power supply.
2. Shake the can and spray the part from a distance of approx. 2–4 cm.
3. For heavy contamination, spray the part, clean the surface with a soft brush and spray again.
4. Wait a moment for the product to dry. If the part was heavily soiled or corroded, repeat the process and finally polish the surface.
5. Before switching the equipment back on, make sure the cleaned part is completely dry.

To speed up drying, use AABCOOLING Compressed Gas Duster compressed air.

• Before use, read the warnings on the packaging and the safety data sheet.
• The product contains a mixture of flammable gases (propane; butane; isopropanol; hydrocarbons C7–C9, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics) – use it with care.
• Ensure adequate ventilation of the room during use.
• During continuous use the container may cool down. Stop using it and wait a moment for the gas pressure in the can to equalise.
• Avoid power surges, sparks, open flames and embers (e.g. smoking).
• Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.
• Do not store at temperatures above 50°C.
