Verwendung:
- Laptop-Notebook (Layout, Chpisätze)

- Fernseh-,Radio, und elektrische Haushaltsgeräte (Fernseher LCD, Verstärkers, Elektronik- Herstellung der Wärme)
- Verwendung auf anderen Gebieten der Elektronik


Anleitung:
- Zuerst muss man sich vergewissen, ob die Oberflächen des Radiators und des Kupfersplättchens sauber sind.
- Bei der Reinigung empfehlem wir Isopropylalkohol AAB IPA. Der Isopropylalkohol reinigt die alten Pasten und verdampft sehr schnell.
- Für eine optimale Kühlleistung wird empfohlem eine dünne Schicht Wärmeleitpaste auf beiden Seiten des Kupferpads aufzutragen.
- Sehr wichtig ist, alle Elemente zum ersten Mal zuzudrücken.


Die Dicke von Copper Pad sollte größer um 0,1mm oder 0,2mm als Entfernung zwischen dem Layout und dem Radiator sein. Die Produktivität wird höher und Layot läuft nicht heiß.
